“We knew Arsenal exerted a lot of energy in their Champions League match midweek and they had a really good performance against Chelsea, so we knew they were going to make some changes which could maybe disrupt their flow a little bit, but we still had to come out and put on a performance.<\/p>\n
“We are just happy we were able to get the job done and give the travelling fans something to sing about.”<\/p>\n
On the playing conditions:<\/b> “We spoke about it before the game because when we were out for the warm-ups we did see the pitch was a bit bobbly in patches. We knew not to take any risks or do anything silly in the opening stages, instead we wanted to try to turn Arsenal a little bit and get them running back towards their own goal.<\/p>\n
