I think that&#8217;s where the sport needs to grow and look to, and making sure the pathways are in place.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">He said he gets recognised a little bit but thinks that the profile of players needs to increase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;The recognition of players needs to go up, we put our body on the line each week and no-one is talking about it,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;The sport of rugby is amazing and it&#8217;s at a junction where it needs to make these individuals big, big names like football has.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Pollock has already hit many career milestones, including being selected for the Lions tour of Australia and becoming England&#8217;s youngest try-scorer in the Six Nations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">On his success, he said that he is &#8220;the kid living out his dream&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pollock said that he was seen as a role model by some: &#8220;It definitely is responsibility, I like to think I rise to it. &#8220;I love inspiring the next generation.
