Wolverhampton Wanderers<\/b> could be relegated as early as<\/b> <\/b>20 April<\/b> <\/b>from the Premier League following a forgettable campaign.<\/b><\/p>\n

Rob Edwards’ side are currently bottom of the table having picked up just 17 points from 32 matches, leaving Wolves 15 points from safety with just six games to go.<\/p>\n

Wolves can only reach a maximum of 35 points this season and that would require the Molineux men winning each of their final six <\/b>matches.<\/p>\n

They face another relegation-threatened side in Leeds United this weekend, and their result in that will determine the permutations that will confirm their fate.<\/p>\n

If Wolves beat Leeds, they will remain in the Premier League for at least one more round of fixtures.<\/p>\n

A draw means that if Nottingham Forest avoid defeat at home to Burnley and West Ham win at Crystal Palace, Wolves’ relegation will be confirmed on Monday night.<\/p>\n

But a defeat for the Old Gold at Elland Road means West Ham only need a draw to confirm a return to the Championship for Rob Edwards’ side.<\/p>\n
