“While the easy road would be to dwell in the anger and frustration, we must now put this behind us and move forward. Believe me, this is a challenge for myself as well.<\/p>\n

“But how we react to the incident on Sunday \u2013 fully supporting our team against Aberdeen \u2013 is far more significant to the health and success of this club. Let’s turn our anger into incredible roaring support for our team this weekend.”<\/p>\n

Livi, who were promoted last season, trail Dundee by a point and St Mirren and Kilmarnock by two.<\/p>\n

An incident similar to the Yengi-Fernandez one took place during Motherwell’s 2-0 win over Hibernian on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Elijah Just’s shot came off Hibs centre-half Grant Hanley’s hand as it went out of play, with VAR awarding the penalty and Tawanda Maswanhise converting before Just knocked in a second.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
