Five of Sunday’s League Two matches have been postponed due to the freezing temperatures following seven in the National League on Saturday.<\/b><\/p>\n

The games at Bromley, Harrogate Town, Notts County, Salford City and Swindon Town were all called off more than 24 hours before the scheduled kick-off times with conditions deemed unplayable.<\/p>\n

And there will be an 09:00 GMT inspection at Rotherham United on Sunday morning to decide whether their game against Mansfield Town can go ahead.<\/p>\n

In National League, fixtures at Aldershot, Rochdale, Southend and Woking all fell by the wayside on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

And Altrincham’s game at home to Morecambe was called off six minutes before the 15:00 GMT kick-off, due to what the club said were “safety concerns during the warm-up”.<\/p>\n

The top-of-the-table match between Boreham Wood and York City and Scunthorpe United v Sutton United had already been called off on Friday.<\/p>\n

Yellow warnings for snow and ice came into force for large parts of England at midnight on Thursday, remaining until midday on Friday.<\/p>\n

Further alerts have been issued for over the weekend and into the early part of next week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
