The German is the main point of contact between the driver and the team. Mueller became the first female engineer to take on the role full time in 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Schmitz is the head of race strategy at Red Bull and has worked with various drivers since joining in 2009.
