‘Wasn’t pretty’, but we ‘put bodies on line’published at 21:53 GMT 9 January
FT: Ross County 2-0 Partick Thistle
County manager Stuart Kettlewell says he is not getting carried away with the victory as his side remain bottom of the Championship.
“It’s been a bizarre eight or nine days since we came in – two games cancelled and a bit of a doubt initially about this one because of the weather and conditions,” he tells BBC Scotland.
“But the team here at the club have done amazingly well to get the pitch ready and the cark park and everything else to get you guys in, but most importantly we wanted to get off to a good start.
“It wasn’t pretty by any stretch of the imagination, but it gives us a foundation just to win a game of football. It has been a long time since the group of players have done that, but I thought to a man they put their body on the line.”

Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing many
months of hard work due to no backup. Do you have any solutions to protect against hackers?
Please let me know if you’re looking for a writer for your site.
You have some really good articles and I feel I would be a good asset.
If you ever want to take some of the load off, I’d absolutely love to
write some content for your blog in exchange for a
link back to mine. Please blast me an email if interested.
Many thanks!
